Orders within Accra typically arrive within 24 hours. For regions outside the capital, delivery usually takes 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is dispatched.

We primarily stock brand new, factory-sealed electronics. If an item is “Certified Refurbished” or “Open Box,” it will be clearly labeled in the product title and description.
Yes! Most of our gadgets and high-end accessories come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Smaller peripherals (mice, cables) typically carry a 3–6 month limited warranty against factory defects.
We accept all major Mobile Money (MoMo) networks, Visa/Mastercard, and Bank Transfers. For select locations in Accra, we also offer Cash on Delivery (CoD).
We offer a 7-day return period for items that are defective or not as described. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
